I've been living here for over 2 years. the building i reside is clean, quiet and mostly couples w/o children. While management has changed twice, the office staff remains the same. I have not had any problems whatsoever; infact, several times this past year we were late on our rent due to a lay off but Joe and Drey worked with us and were very flexible and understanding. The maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING. And the groundskeeper is very diligent. Regarding the "paper thin" walls, well some noise can't be avoided ... after all it is an APARTMENT! Yes, the gate has been broken for the entire time i've lived here, but management is constantly working with the gate company to try and resolve the issue. maybe they just need to replace it. i would recommend this community very highly. i think most of the complaints here are from people who just have inconsiderate neighbors

To address your comment on the previous review, it IS a management matter when management allows convicted felons to live in the complex when it is stated in the lease that they can not. I have seen some of my neighbors on the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office website, and these are the same people that have caused problems in my building. And just so you know, I HAVE called the police. They put one neighbor in jail for a few months, but continued to live in my building for a while until he finally moved out. Management needs to take some responsibility for who they are letting live in the complex!!!

HAHAHHAHA, Who is this, Drey or the new Manager ? It is not Joe for sure, since he's the only one who is fair and doing a good job ! The statement you made just shows how bad this place realy is, you stated that you lived here for two years and also that the gate has been broken the whole time durring your stay ......HELLLOOOOOOO......I would think if something is broken for 2 yrs (it's been more 3yrs ;-) since I moved here) that they would fix the problem don't you think ? I mean if your house door cannot be locked would you leave it broken for 2yrs and keep on working on it once a month trying to fix it ? You are just to funny and I guarantee that you are somebody from the office ;-)
