I will try to make this simple.

2 phone calls and 2 office visits to have something small done in 2 months.

2 phone calls and one office visit to have a semi serious problem fixed. not done yet. it's been about a month and a half. I guess I need to wait another 2-6 weeks to have the problem fixed.

Lived here over two years. Management was OK before but nowadays...

No lie... I've heard one resident had to call the city of clearwater officials because the management kept delaying to replace a smell water damaged carpet. (not residents fault, due to the raining during the summer). The other (I forgot, exactly, what the problem was) had to threaten the management that they will talk to the city officials if they don't fix the problem ASAP after hearing "We'll send someone out there" for a millionth time.. :)

The service people are actually very friendly and get the job done once they come out.

I don't know what happened to the current managemt and people working in the office. They just don't get the job done.
