I've made serveral requests to the management since I moved here in 1998. In the beginning, the services were very good. But recently I'm getting a very bad services. I had to call twice and go to the office twice in person to have somthing fixed and It's been almost a month since I called them twice, visited them once in person to fix a problem without any results. I've heard two occasions from other residents that one had to call the city of clearwater officials to replace a smelly water damaged carpet because the management kept delaying the process. The other (I forgot, exactly, what the problem was) had to threaten the management that she will contact the city officials if they don't fix the problem ASAP. I'm not sure whatever happened to the management since I moved in, but I'm really disappointed by the current manangemt and employees. By the way, the people who come out and doing the actual work does it very efficient work and they are usually very nice people. I don't hold anything against them.
