I requested that the broken screens be replaced countless times. It took at least four months after I requested it that they came out to replace one. It took another two months before they replaced the second one. The last one they never fixed. The first week I stayed there, I had a clogged drain in the bathtub and the bathroom sink. They said they were too busy to come out and take a look. I had to find someone to fix it myself. The workmen who came to lower the temperature on the waterheater were the only ones to leave a note regarding their presence. Workmen came in and out of our apartment at their will... never leaving notice. It was scary.
