So far, everything has been OK. I did have a leaky drain and it took them a week to fix. Upon questioning it I found out they had to order a part, but no one told me.

This place is great if you are starting over or in college, but I would not recommend it for older long term residents.

Management may not be speedy or informative, but they are fair and friendly. Their is need for improvement. However, I would say without further changes a year or two at the most until one can afford a better place without the view of major powerlines and the noise of US 19 bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
