I've been searching for an apartment in the Clearwater area. From all the reviews I have read, why or how can the Manager/Leasing Staff still be there? When you are having these kind of reviews regarding the Manager & Leasing Staff are awful, lazy ... why are they still there? It was a perfect location for me, but after reading all those complaints forget it. It sounds like the owners could really care less about their residents, safety and happiness. What a shame!
