We've (My wife, son, and mother-in law) have been residents for about 2 months now. The leasing process was wonderful. The office staff has been great. We noticed a few minor problems and noted them on the walk through the day we moved in. The 5 small issues were resolved the very next day. My mother-in-law is elderly and we have a disabled tag for parking. The spot reserved by our apt. was beeing used by another disabled person so the apt. made a new disabled spot for us. The other day we noticed some small ants in the kitchen. I called the office in the morning and they came out 15 mins. later and treated the problem right then. The parking does seem a bit crazy but it's not that bad. We have two cars and never have a problem with parking. The laundry rooms are old but we use them twice a week and have never lost money, clothes, or had any problems. I guess you should not leave your laundry unwatched as it is noted in the laundry room. How can you hold the apt. to blame for kids being kids or losers being losers. The grounds are well kept. I do notice trash on the ground now and then, but with a complex this large it must be a real pain to keep up with. You also have to take into account the fact that this apt. price range is pretty low compared to what's out there. $875.00 for a LARGE 3 bedroom 2 bath. Mostly middle to lower middle class. You can take the ball out of the trash but you can't take the trash out of the ball. I mean how can you blame the apt. for some low life throwing trash on the ground instead of the trash can. We live on the ground floor. We've lived upstairs, middlestairs, and ground floor in the past. I've NEVER been in and apt. that is totally quiet. We don't live in a 55 complex. This is a family complex. Kids will be loud at times(my son is 14 so don't think I'm defending my small childeren, I just remember him when he was small) and husbands and wives will be loud at times, and if you have a problem with that rent a house, not an apt. The noise here has been better then the last apt. we had and we were on the top floor there. The electric bill is the same here as at our last apt. and the last apt. was a much smaller 2 bedroom and we had one less person. In short we have had no problems yet. I hope that the other people that posted here are isolated issues. I'm sure with any apt. complex this large someone will always have something bad to say. I would say there are atleast 400 units here. If each unit has and average of 3 people, that's 1200 residents. That's alot of people to keep happy all the time. Some people you just can't make happy.
