I have lived here almost a year and feel very torn about whether to continue my lease or to find a more economical priced apartment. First let me say that since new management has come in there have been several renovations done on all parts of the complex, everything looks so different then a did a year prior. Everyone in the office is helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I can't say that for the maintenance crew with the exception of one guy. The rest seem to slack majorly and in one particular seems to hit on all the female tenants. However, they do manage to tend to your requests promptly and they communicate to you what they will be doing, before they do it. Whenever the complex preforms routine maintenance on the apartment they give you plenty of advance notice that they will be entering your home. If they have to work on part of the building, they give you plenty of notice as well so you can make other arrangements if you are going to be disturbed by what is going on. But I wouldn't trust most of the maintenance men in my apartment alone. They just don't seem the right fit for the direction that the new management is trying to take this place too. Other than that, I have to say my experience here as been great. On a scale from one to ten, one being horrible and the ten being great, I would give it an 8.5. The only other negative aspect I would have to say is I feel the rent is slightly over priced for the space but with the major improvements to the community, both aesthetically and safety wise, it balances out. Over all I would say if you can afford the price, and value good service, a very pleaseant office staff and personal safety, this is a great community to live. One other thing, it seems to be close to everything. North, east, west, and south. Plenty of shops to shop at and its very close to gas stations and grocery stores.
