We are living here until our house is remodeled.

We did get new carpet on move in.

The bath tub badly needs reglazing and everything is just very basic but liveable.

Read on.

We just moved from California - and our cars kept getting these weird tags saying "no tags, car will be towed." I didn't know if they meant we needed parking stickers, or what but it was not discussed in the lease signing meeting.

Turns out the management contracts with a towing agency to TOW YOUR CAR without so much as a phone call if the tags are expired (mine were in the mail from California).

The leasing contractor Donna had a very poor customer service attitude when I called her in shock.

We had requested a quiet unit.

Then, our new next door neighbors just moved in.

Three 20 something gals who have 3 boyfriends and think nothing of charging up and down the stairs in the middle of the night.

They have had several loud arguments with shouting and crying that carried on out into the parking area.

Loud stereos, etc.

So if you really want a quality experience, you might want to ask yourself what quality means to you!
