Saying that the management here is unprofessional is an understatement. Hostile is a better description. It seems like they want to drive people out.
Do not sign a lease here. There's even a clause that removes your right to withhold rent in the event that they won't do repairs.
It's a shame you can't hear more from tenants about the management. The property is nice but the management acts like you're in a trailer park.
