This place is going down the tubes fast.. RUN AWAY

I have lived here since Jan. '03. In 5 short months, I have seen this place go from low-luxury to NO LUXURY. It seems that all the old tenants are leaving because of poor management. Replacing those tenants are young, non-professional, wanna-be thugs. Call me snobby if you will... so what, that's why I moved to a "LUXURY APARTMENT" to get away from the people who live like slobs.
Gone are the days of professional people living here. Now you pull up to your apt. to see guys with no shirt, pants halfway down to there knees with their boxer shorts hanging out. No more normal hours either, you can expect all kinds of noise at all hours of the night. If you are truly looking for a luxuty apt. to get away from trashy people... RUN AWAY! Try the Bay Watch or perhaps Crystal Bay across the street. If you want to live in Feathersound, pay no deposit, don't mind loud music at odd hours, and like seeing people trashing up this once nice place, you can have my apt!
