Becoming more and more like a trailer park every day

I'm not sure if it's this county or what, but there seems to be more TPT per square mile in Pinellas than anywhere else I have ever lived... And it gets better, with the new management at Audubon Villas, it appears this place is the newest trailer park.
You must have to be a certifiable Jerry Springer case to live here. "Verified Minimum Income Requirements'" Come on.. they let anyone and everyone in. It's like the Used Car Commercials... No credit, no problem... all you need is a pay stub from your local McDonald's to live here. Screaming matches at 4am, loud music ALL THE TIME, Yappy Dogs... you know... the kind of stuff you expect in a "Luxury Community"
It is a shame, because the area is actually pretty nice. I wonder when the homeowners of Feathersound will do something about the cancerous sore called Audubon Villas.
In conclusion, if you want luxury... even just a community with normal people... look elsewhere. If you don't have a job, think the mullet haircut is the greatest thing since sliced bread, or convince yourself that you are the next Eminem, then you are perfect material for Audubon Villas
