I have never lived in a place that had so much potential, but is managed so poorly! I have lived here for 2 years and have had multiple problems with my 3 bedroom, expensive apartment. I am not an aggressive person and because of that I have put up with alot of "unreturned calls" from the office regarding a leaking window, a broken air conditioner and leaks under my sinks.
The manager here is rude and uncaring. She handles the tenants with contempt and rudeness, when she is available. I have been lied to by the office and caught them in lies when they get defensive and mistreat me. I had such hope moving in here and now can't wait to move out. I work in a field in which many companies put employees up for 1 to 2 years at a time and this place has now been officially taken off the list of quality housing for the area. You see I am only one of a number of disappointed and mistreated consumers.
