We have been at Audubon for 1 year and have not renewed our lease due to extremely poor and ineffective management. The manager here is unprofessional in ever sense of the word. She does not believe she has to respond to the tennants needs or even return their request for for a phone call. When you finally speak to her you probably wish you had not, as she is argumentative, unconcerned and unwilling to assist in any needs or request you may have. When you find yourself completely dissatisfied with her conduct, she will inform you that there is no one else to talk to and refuses to provide information as to who her superiors are. I know numerous tennants who have not renewed their leases, have moved out, and one who is paying a penalty just to move out early due to POOR management practices. The grounds and exterior are attractive but the interior is furnished with cheap blinds and doors, poor quality carpet (if it is ever replaced) and substandard tile. The lighting in some areas often does not function which is a serious safety and security problem and the "security" gate at the entrance is often out of order for extended periods of time. If you have a noisy neighbor or one who leaves trash outside of their apartment for days on end, don't bother talking to the management, these are the tennants they want to keep. All you need now is the back seat of their pick-up truck sitting outside their door. If you are considering moving to Audubon Villas, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere until they get new management. If you are the management company who owns this place, I suggest you read this, and other comments, talk to your tennants and reconsider who you have running this place. You are loosing a lot of money by people moving out and poor word of mouth advertisement.
