The complex is lovely. It is well maintained, well lit... drivers go a little fast in the parking lot sometimes... and the upstairs neighbors sound like they are playing roller hockey.... but all these can be chalked up to living in tight quarters with strangers. Its a RENTAL, for goodness sakes! You want peace and quiet, rent in a retirement complex or buy your own home.







The office staff, on the other hand, is atrocious. They are rude, arrogant, condescending and deceitful. Got an ulcer when I had to ask them for rent receipts each month. Knock wood, we had no problems with needing anything else from them; I can imagine the hassles we would get.







Found this place through Apartments Aplenty and put in numerous complaints to them, as well as the home office in West Palm Beach.







We are returning to the area next year and will be looking elsewhere to rent. There are far nicer places with the same ammenities and far fewer hassles... its worth a few extra dollars for that piece of mind.








PS... to "Mr. Nice Guy to begin with," who apparently as of 1/14 has lived in the complex 2 weeks and fancies himself an experienced and authorative voice on the management of the complex... You are doing no one ANY favors by blithering on about how great management is, how nice YOU are... and then what jackasses the rest of us are and how we deserve the treatment we get because people generally suck. Now that I think about it... GOOD JOB! You ARE a pretty darn good poster boy for the place. Keep up the good work!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
