I love this place--but I hate the management. They've changed the water billing company THREE times since I've been here--and one month when I forgot to pay the latest NEW company because I had finally gotten automatic payments set up with the OLD company, I got a nasty-gram on my door saying that if I didn't pay the water bill pronto, I'd be out on my you-know-what! Think they've ever heard of a friendly reminder' Nope. One late water bill (because of THEIR inconsistent policies, I might add), and you're in hot water, so to speak. And yes, I hear everything my neighbors are up to, the garbage disposal rattles all the dishes off the counter, and they have yet to fix the broken towel bar I called about 2 years ago. But it's close to work, I love the view of the golf course (my last apt. looked over a lovely parking lot), and Feather Sound is an absolutely beautiful place to live. With houses going for upwards of $300K, I can't afford to buy here, so I'll stay on at Audubon as long as I can stand it. (sigh)
