Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The people running this place don't give a damn about you. Although a desirable location, the management and its staff are at the bottom of the barrel.
They have now gone condo, and their business practices are approaching criminal.
Don't rent, don't purchase - they are crooks.
