the apartments are nice very nice neighborhood the management sucks the maintainace sucks they didnt care to maintain the place until they started selling the apartments for rediculus prices. the spa has thousands of dirt dobbers (like wasps) living there watch out you will probably be stung and end up in the doctors office. the pool full of leaves and dirt the lounge chairs are covered in lizards and dirt. they have a gym but it closes at 10pm they have a pool table but you have to pay to play. they leave the gates open so your car can get broken into then tell you its detourant gates not for security, why have gates' you will be lucky to get new carpet when you move in and your walls will be covered in patched spots pets accepted but you cant leave them on the porch even if you choose to or your pet chooses to must be inside to ruin the apt. they have a car wash thats broken. no grace period for rent $30 late fee and no drop box to leave your payment in. dont consider pet sitting for a friend you will be charged a pet fee plus an extra $100.00 for not telling the office. pest control included unless you have the wrong kind of pests then you pay. need i go on'
