I have read most of the comments about Audubon Villas. I am sorry to hear that there has been so much dissatisfaction with the previous management. As a new owner of an Audubon Condo, I expect that this wonderful developement and surrounding environment will be first class. The previous management is out, and the new condo owners will ensure a great place to live. We purchased the best two bedroom ( view ) in the complex ( Ibis ) truly as an investment. It will not be available until October, but I will happily rent to anyone who wants to remain, is a good tennent, and wants a great deal! I promise I will be good to deal with!
