I can honestly say that this was the worst rental experience of my life. Overpriced, non-luxury apartments with water leaks, nonexistent maintenance, paper-thin walls, rude and arrogant office staff...that's not what I was expecting when I picked this complex. Oh, and the management staff conveniently forgot to mention that they would be converting to condominiums less than 2 years after I signed my lease! I pity anyone who seriously considers buying into this property. If you really like the idea of living in Feather Sound (as I did), LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

That was back in 2004. Now thanks God, things have changed and Audubon Condominium is a fantastic place where to live. It is a great complex with lots of updates; fantastic golf and waterview, luxury landscape, gated with 24/7 security, heated pool and spa, lighted tennis court, indoor basketball court, clubhouse and more. 10 minutes to the beaches. Perfect to escape the hard winter..
