I'm renting since Apr 2005.
The Community has definetively increase is quality standard and the management is now working. Can be considered a first class community.

All amenities (pool, gym, golf course, security,etc.) Area is very well served.
You can't ask for more.

Extremely convenient to the beaches.
2 airports very close (Tampa and St. Petersburg)

I love this place!!!!
