We just recently moved from Boca Raton to Audubon Villas in Clearwater and are very happy with the choice we have made. I fell in love with my view of the golf course and found the management staff to be very helpful and they went the extra mile to make us feel at home being we are new to the area. In response to the opinion dated 8/2/02 regarding the difficulty in operating the gates, we also feel we are relatively smart individuals and might even be considered elderly. However we had no problems finding the large black box labled CARD READER. My wife feels very safe living at a gated community. As far as the "doggy" issue, we are pet lovers and have a large dog named Skippy whom we purchase doggy bag to clean up his mess and put it into the proper container. We have not encountered any problem with residents not picking up their pets. I called in Saturday when we moved in and we had a problem with our washer not spinning. We contacted the office and within 20 minutes the maintanence men were out fixing my problem even though it was not an emergency. Someone told us about this web site and we decided to take a look the site. We found the comment from 8/2/02 very negative and we decided to comment on it because we have throughly enjoyed Audubon Villas.
