My experiences are similar to all those former tenants writing in concerning the management. I too am a former tentant who is looking for a forum to vent my dissatisfaction. The best advice I could give to anyone looking to rent at Audubon Villas would be to read the reviews posted here but then also go there and check it out for yourself. Most importantly, walk around and ask everyone you see living there how they like it...I'm sure that will speak for itself. As a former tenant, I had many conversations with my neighbors on how things had changed for the worse since the new management took over and I'm sure that any tenant there would be more than happy to give you their opinion. It's a shame because it really is a nice area to live.
