We've lived here for a few months now, and honestly, we have never experienced the majority of complaints listed on this board. Our air didn't work the first day we moved in, but maintenance came up and fixed it at 6pm on a Saturday. We've had a few other issues with the A/C, but they've been quick to send someone over. Some of the leasing agents don't seem to be great, but there are others who are. The pool and grounds have always been clean since we've lived there. Most of the 'rules' by management are pretty standard, and I've rented in a few states. In fact, the only things that make it a little distasteful is the high cost to break the lease and the yuppies who constantly wear a sour expression. It's a little steep in rent, but the location is nice, it's safe, and you get a beautiful view.
