The leasing agents will say anything to get you to move into the apartment. Once you do, look out. Maintenance is clueless, they've yet to fix the problems I've called on. The leasing agents are uncooperative, though they'll smile while being unhelpful. They will not work with you to resolve any problems. They don't seem to care about you at all once you've signed the paperwork beyond superficialities. Our A/C has been broken since day one, the plumbing makes noises constantly, and when I use the garbage disposal it sounds like an earthquake and rattles the entire kitchen. The area is nice, and the apartments are ok, but for the price and the S**t you put up with, you can live somewhere better.
