As a resident too, their comments echo my concerns about Audubon Villas. The leasing people will say anything to get you to sign the lease. Any problems after that you'll get a STUPID smile while saying "I'm sorry". Air conditioner runs constantly. Disposal does shake the building. Floors SQEAK like crazy. Nice area though.
