02/18/2011	I have lived here for almost 2 years. There is mold and bugs as was stated in other reviews. Half of the place is under construction and the workers are sooo slow. The neighbors are really friendly for the most part. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The dumster is about a football field away from my condo because there is only one for the whole complex.
