I have a big problem with the lady in the office. She is mean, tries to talk over you, and tries to blame problems on "former employees" without taking responsibility for things she did. It was almost like she was trying to blame me at times for certain things. She promotes very poor customer service. When we first started renting here we had to be on a waiting list to get an apartment. Now they are hurting for renters -- big banners all over saying NOW LEASING and signs all over offering payment for referrals. How did it get to this point' The lady who shows the apartment SUCKS! If she had shown me the apartment I probably wouldn't have rented here. She promises stuff and then denies ever saying it - what, did we manifest these promises by ourselves' I really do like my apartment, I just try to avoid the lady in the office. Anyone looking for a good location between Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater, this is a good spot.
