Isn't it funny how everyone who writes something negative did something wrong and are upset over being told they have to do something the RIGHT way. I live here, and have no problems at all with the way the corporate office handles rent, when I'm late, I'm late, and I pay my fees. All of my poor neighbors who feel they should be treated "special" because they did something wrong should move somewhere else, maybe it would be a little nicer without them. = ) I have lived here for a year, and love my one bedroom apartment. I have a view of the lake and its a good location because I work in Tampa. You should read very little into the negative comments...

Actually, I work somewhere else, and chose to live at Bay Meadows. I don't care to live on site at my apartment community.
