High priced apts. with bad service

The leasing office does not provide quality service however the maintenance service is great. I enjoy the quality of my apartment and the cleanliness of the complex but they continually raise the cost of rent beyond the value of the product. Bottomline, the apartments are nice, the service is bad, and the rent is cheap at first but raised dramatically upon renewal.
