Great, but way overpriced!

Great place to live, however the rent increases are unbearable. Also, in the past year since they started 10% increases in rent per year there have been many more families here. This is not necessarily a bad thing but there are a lot more children running around the place and considering that they don't have anything bigger than a 2/2 it is pretty small for a family. However, the grounds are nice (they let it slide for awhile but have brought it back recently), parking can be not so great ocassionally but overall the place is great. Unfortunately you can only raise rents so much before people have to start finding a more affordable place to live!
