For the most part we have been happy here. I will say that I don't feel the staff is particularly friendly. Walking on the property, working out in the gym, at the pool, etc. You will always have to greet them first because otherwise they don't even acknowledge that you are there. That is beside the point.
I am writing this review only as a warning for those that hate noise. I can't say what it can be like for those living on the eastern half of the property, but where we live ,close to Anthony's Italian Restaurant, it can be a serious issue. Unfortunately any noise coming from The Venue is funneled right thru the parking lots to us. It was even worse when the club was "Stormins". We have to call the Pinellas County Sheriffs Department several times every year. Last night, a Monday, was the first bad time of the new year. So at the very least try to get an apartment further in the back and as far away from Ulmerton as possible.
I would also warn that when "The Venue" is having some particularly popular event its patrons have been known to park in our resident parking lots. So, as you can see, I am no fan of the club.
