I lived here for 5 years. The management and maintenance constantly changed. One time you would get a good group and another time a bad group. The air conditioner leaked in my closet all the time. The overflow pipe for the air conditioning was in the shower. Had a lot of trouble with my a/c all the time. Laundry was alway dirty. Stairwell railing was loose. Pool was dirty. When my lease was up, they were going to raise it $75.00, but when I gave my notice they said they wouldnt raise my rent if I stayed. I said forget it. But this place got what got they deserved. They are being torn down as we speak.
