If your teen is seeking a company to do pot with, you are choosing the right place. If you are a fan of loud rap and latino music, you will have fun here. If you love spectacular scenes of five police cars with flashing lights every other day which came to deal with the troublemakers, that s your place. If you are willing to deal with two always lying b____s, one black and one white, who are calling themselves the management, then you will have some unforgettable moments. If you are looking for a pool full of urine left by the kids from the surrounding mobile homes as the management does not trouble itself to limit the access to the pool, enjoy the yellow water. If you have an unhappy choice either to sleep in the tent or under the roof, then choose the second option and welcome to Belleair Garbage Place.

Fully agree. The Place is cheap. The gangs of unattanded kids do whatever they want. The gym is a joke. See the condition of the dumpster and you will understand everything.

I agree. Have lived here 4 years. Problem is, when they built the complex, Clearwater forced the owner (who lives in Rhode Island) to make it partially low income housing. And that is the problem. You have what is supposed to be 70% regular tenants, but in reality is 35% (if that much) mixed in with 65% low income tenants who simply do not give a damn. In addition to all the above, the cable system is Moonbeam Satellite (owned by the landlord) so you do not get good reception unless you pay for Dish Network or Direct Tv (for a $100 deposit to the complex). Oh, and the "waterview" apartment actually looks over a water retention pond behind a garage and industrial area. Stay away, I would live in the tent myself.
