Arrogant, unresponsive Management, drugs and crime

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Traffic is unbearable, crime high, drug use by employees (management) apparent. Complain and they retaliate. Ants, ants, termites and mold. Does not follow fire regulations.....disaster waiting to happen.
