After deciding to move here from tampa, I thought I would upgrade my living situation a bit and go with an apartment complex that was a little more than what I was used to paying. I arrived here and it was a great and beatiful view. No lakeviews were available, so I was supposedly put on a list when one becomes available that I could move into there. I rented a moving service that helped me move with their truck and when we got here the apartment wasn't even ready after about a 2 week span to have it ready! We had to set up all my stuff around other stuff that was in here. The place hadn't even been cleaned from the previous tenants. The place had just been painted the day before, so the whole place gave you a buzz and was sickening. The carpets and tile were horrible, so they replaced them thinking that they were doing me such a huge favor. So I have to move all my stuff from one room to another while they replaced the carpet and tile. The apartment did not get cleaned by their cleaning people until one week after!! I had to hire a cleaning service after that, because they barely even cleaned. Our frontgate phone didn't work and they were going to try and charge me for it, when I had just moved in. NUMEROUS roaches,spiders,lizards,ants etc. in the apartment the whole time I lived there even after they so call spray. I had to basically take 3 weeks off of work to fix this apartment up. I would tell management that this needs to be fixed and they would prolong it forever and finally come and fix maybe 2 of the 10 things that were wrong. All this when I just moved in. Management is AWFUL with a capital AWFUL. They do not care whether you are ok or even halfway ok in your place, all they care about is the greenbacks. Once you sign that lease, they could care less what happens. Sometimes they encourage arguements for no apparent reason. Walls are very thin. We had to complain about the people below us, beside us,across the hall from us and we are very patient people. Again, management did nothing. They do yardwork at 7am on weekends for some odd reason right outside your window. They say they have a basketball court gym etc. when all it is is a broken treadmill with a cheap workout machine beside of it. The bball goal is torn down. Overall, this WAS the worst place I have ever stayed even compared to the ghetto in tampa. I hope they go bankrupt the way they treat tenants. Also alot of partiers drugs etc. every apartment. JUST SAY NO to this horrible uncaring hellhole!
