Yucky office staff- cars stolen

I just moved here and really regret it-- The office staff does not care about me or my needs, the office always has a sign up and the answere service is always on. I was told this was a nice place, but I was lied to. My apt. was very dirty when I moved in, and they just said sorry. I can't wait to get out of here. :(
