I have lived here for a year (Dec 05 to Jan 07) and I have mixed feelings about it. PARKING IS A HUGE PROBLEM. Its right next door to the Wal-Mart, but it makes me uneasy because at night, a lot of sketchy people hang around the Wal-Mart lot. There's nothing to stop them from entering the complex. Its located kinda in the middle of everything, but there's so much construction on US19! The apartment complex is undergoing MAJOR renovations. We are notified of some "improvement" or another once a month or more, and the improvements aren't the ones people want like different carpet or better appliances. They improvements are mostely on the outside of the apartments and they take up a lot of time and convienence. I wouldn't suggest moving in here until much later to avoid having to deal with all the construction. Also, there is no weight limit on dogs. This could be a benifit or a disadvantage. For example, I live under a couple who own a very large dog. At night, at 12 or even 3 in the morning, they play games with the dog and it sounds like an elephant lives above me.

Having someone above you is not a good thing. I know thoses sounds above. I also know that Wal*Mart with people a different class of people. No offense we want to feel somewhat safe and open parking is terrible. At least on this site they didn't delete your comments. That has happened. I know someone who responeded to a comment on Country Place Village who is managed by BH Management who also manages Cameron Lakes and they took it off. Just because someone said Country Place Village was bought for 17 million in 2005 and it didn't go Condo that's the main reason why the rents keep going up there. They thought they would sell and double there money. Everyplace has it's Pro's and Cons. Just like every state or relationship and earning money to live.

is anyone else having problems with "mysterious" spots that are hard to clean showing up on the carpet?
