The rent is moderate-high, but the units are nice, the faculty is nice, and maintanence are fast and efficient. I have lived here since June of 07.

My only downside would be rude people with their rude dogs. I don't know if it is my opinion, but these people walk their dogs and have little to no control over them. These dogs are literally crippleling their owners to break away and bite someone. Can someone say doggy manners' This is very disturbing as I have a young child and we have to walk yards away from a dog and their owner due to the dogs excessive loud barking and very aggressive deamer. "he doesn't bite"... Well, it's a damn dog and that's what they do! I work two jobs and my husband plays sports, so myself, my husband and my kid, we just come and go and this is what we have to encounter bi-daily. The neighbors here rarely speak upon seeing us and usually ignore us. I don't want to think it is the obvious (color) but it is becoming apparent. The only welcome feeling I have recieved is from the staff (Amy and Billie)and they are so wonderfrul.

Also, I have had them come out to spray a couple of times due to large cockroaches flying through my apartment. I live on the third floor and I keep my unit extremely clean, so this must be a Florida thing. Parking good, the lot is usually full but I don't mind the walk to my apt. My only downside would be living next to Wal-mart and having to drive through that parking lot. On Christmas, walmart was so full, the had their shoppers parking on the front of the apartment premises. Then, they would leave the shopping carts right outside. Also, the gate doesn't work (hardly has since I moved in).

Great living, nice neighborhood, close to many! I would recommend.

i have lived here a year and a half and totally disagree with this posting. it is a very friendly place to live and the dogs are not a problem. if you want to make friends, just sit by the pool and you will meet many occupants. I live on the third floor also and never had had any flying friends. You do not have to cut thru walmart to get here. In fact walmart is very convenient when you need something quick. The only downside is that the gates rarely work, but it is very safe here. This is a great place to live.

How else can you go inside of the complex? You will either have to cut through Wally world (or its parking lot)or you would have be coming south on 19 and make the turn off of Sunset Point exit. I never said anything of Walmart and it's convience to me personally, but I feel that it is a down side of living there that one has to drive through that busy parking lot (especially during Christmas). I have had flying friends (specifically during the summer)and this is nothing that I would make up. I live close to the lake and under trees so maybe this is why. Your building maybe just a little different. I am in no way saying it is a bad place to stay; I actually recommended it. MY own perception and reality may not be YOURS but they are mine and I wouldn't go on here and write falsely. I think that the dogs are out of control and the owners don't do much about it. We have had a problem with owners allowing their dogs to poop on the grounds w/o cleaning it up. This situation became so bad there was a letter sent to the residents specifically highlighting my building. I don't mind that you disagree, but it seems as though you are trying to discredit my opinions and experiences.
