Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
It seem that the last 3_4 mouths that the proupery manger has alowed many family's, with out of control children.what percent of the rent goes to peice & quiet.At all times of the hours. something has to be done, Peggy has tried threw many mouthly newslettes. It might be times to start pin pointing the on-going noise. I been renting here for approx. 18 months.just to see a moving truck under my window every month.
