	I love this place ... incredible amenities, very helpful staff, amazing views, convenient location ... but it's going vacation rental. Sorry Clearwater ... the best place to rent for miles around is going.

	Lived there a few months back; now live in the condos next door. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is great (especially Debbie, the concierge). Events (free!) seemingly weekly, and beautiful waterfront location. Probably the best place in Tampa ... more

	The staff is great. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are nice..THe activites are awesome!!! Great location and views! I would recommend this to anyone..
