Horrible Leasing Staff and Management

This is by far the rudest group of management staff I have encountered in renting. They come up with charges that were not disclosed in the lease, and then threaten legal action if you don't pay! This has happened to two other tenants in addition to me. They claim rent is not paid even when you hand the check to them in person. When their staff lost my check, they charged me extra because I could not "prove" I handed it to them on time! The apartments themselves are nice, but forego the headache of this staff and look elsewhere!!
