I lived at country place village 10 years ago. These used to be regarded as the best places within 10 miles. After I just moved back to the area, I decided to go check them out, remembering how they were the cream of the crop in the area. To my suprise, they did not change at all. Appliances were all old and crappy. The landscaping looked ignored at best. The 2 units I was shown were broken down and had wasp nests near the doors. I felt bad for the leasing agent. I really felt like I was visiting a slum. Anyway, I found way nicer places for $100 less than Country place village.
