The location is easy access to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping. When the hurricanes were threatening, I felt safe that we are in a nonevacuation zone and the buildings are concrete. Rooms are spacious and I have a big screened in patio. My wedding ring fell down the sink drain and the maintenance man came right away to help me. I got my ring back, thank God! The neighbors are friendly and my car has never been broken into, unlike other places in Clearwater that I have lived.
