The only reason I still live here is because of the work it takes to move and how hard it is on furniture.

Maintenance - Low quality product has resulted in a need for lots of work needed. 2 new faucess, paint is peeling everywhere, trim is hanging, kitchen drawers are falling apart and always off their track even though I have called on them numberous times. The maintenance guys are nice and I feel comfortable around them.

Bugs - I severe bug problem occurred when the unit next to me was left empty for several months following some unclean tenants. When the new tenants moved in the bugs appeared in force. The management was extremely unhelful and unsympathetic. No customer service skills.

Rent - my rent has gone up about 30% since I moved in. I have never experienced such increases. I am definitely moving out when this lease expires.

Staff - the staff has changed at the office and this new group make you feel very unwelcome. I guess I have something on my patio that is not on the approved list. I would be happy to comply if they told me what it was. Instead I received a vague nasty letter on my door. I never complain and have always been pleasant and respectful to the staff. I would prefer to live somewhere that this respect is recipricated.
