I've lived here a year now and I couldn't be happier. The parking is good, they have assigned spaces and ample room for visitor. There's very little noise, especially for being right on a major street. I live near a pool and you hear the kids, but that's just kids being kids an no big deal. The grounds are very well kept up. The construction is very nice. I live on the top floor and have NEVER heard my downstairs neighbors through the floor. The maintenance staff is quick, friendly, and does their job very well. The staff has been nothing but nice (but I do miss Amy).

I just resigned my lease and had NO rate increase. That's the first time that has EVER happened to me and I've lived in apartments in FL for 17 years. The staff is very courteous and I've never had any sort of problem with them. I've heard NOTHING about them going condo so I think that's just plain false information. The location is also awesome...everything you could possibly need is within a mile or so away. You simply can't beat this place.

My only VERY small gripe would be a better place to grill. =)

NO RENT RAISE YOU MUST BE A FRIEND OF THEIRS I MOVED OUT GOT A 40.00 RENT RAISE PER MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DIFFERENT PRICES FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE YOU MUST BE PAYING HIGH A;READY FOR THEM NOT TO RAISE AS I WAS A SPECIAL FOR ONE YEAR.............AFTER THAT TO HIGH. PLACE IS NICE HOWEVER TREES ARE A MAJOR ISSUE..........CAR WASHED TWICE A WEEK FROM MESS AND THE LAND SCAPERS WERE NOT TO GOOD.

did anyone get the June news letter with the 'Don't move" well if they didn't raise the rent so high we would stay It costs them more to re do each apartment so lower rates or give people a break from time to time and they may stay. The movers and drivers license change and the packing and time off work doesn't cut it. That is a one time deal. Rent raise is more. If I find rent 300.00 cheeper a month. 3600 a year in my pocket It's worth the one time movers, license, and so on that is listed in the news letter, in order to save thousands in a five year period, and then some. we are also in a ression, People aren't getting the pay raises. everything is going up. Must pay cheeper rent in order to pay other bills and save. Not working two jobs o live here. It's nice but it's not that nice.

ok clean up dog sh-- we can't see at night so how can we clean the dog sh-- get better lightening so dark it is scary at night here That is why the cars are being broken into because its so dark I am surpried that no one has been mugged yet
