NON upgraded apartment.....

I've lived here almost 3 years & it is a decent place. Big complaint though is the price. I've lived in a 1 & 2 bedroom, I feel they are asking $100-$200 more than what the apartment is worth. Whatever you do, do not live on the 3rd floor!!! My electric bill was over $300 a month for the 1 bedroom & in the summer the apartment would not hit 75 degrees till 11pm at night. Forget about using your oven. They need to fix up the fitness center, it is mostly so hot in there you can hardly breath & most of the TV have been missing the channel & speaker buttons for almost 6 months now. Parking is either horrible or decent depending on which building you live in. Your best bet is building 1 or 7. Office staff is freindly. Maitnence responds quickly to issues.
