I heard that this area is ghetto but it seemed OK to me. These are actually town-house style apartments, living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom(s) and bath upstairs. There is a laundry room but the building and gounds seem kind of run-down. I don't know the rent since I was actually subletting from someone.

well the grounds and the buildings could use some work but it's good for how much u pay when ur a single mother....
