I was told the apllication process takes 3-4 days. I paid them $35, and never heard from them again. Everytime I call I get "sorry it's been a mad house around here lately we'll take care of it within another day or two". After over a month of waiting, I checked my credit report, called my landlord, and called my workplace to see that they have not yet verified anything they were supposed to for approval. So I simply asked for my application to be thrown away & a refund sent back. Been almost another month & still haven't seen my check. Once again I call (10th time maybe') and am told another week or two till the check will be signed & sent. I wouldn't recommend any place with such poor management. If they don't have the ability to give a simple yes/no, sign a signature, and mail a check... What are they going to do if something needs fixed'
