We looked here a few weeks ago when apartment hunting. Had we not decided that the commute would be too much, we likely would've moved here. The apartments are old but seem well maintained. They have a very retro feel to them. We were heavily considering the corner Garden lot, a 1 br/1 ba with washer & dryer hookups - they were asking $650 for it at that time. Community seemed old, but nice enough.
